Outreach Provision

They collaborate with schools and colleges in their local boroughs, working closely with teachers, career advisers, heads of subject, progression coaches and education specialists. Activities include:

  • Primary
    They work with primary school pupils from Year 4 to Year 6 to inspire them to be curious about learning from a young age.
  • Secondary
    They run taster days, higher education awareness sessions and arrange visits by our student Curriculum Ambassadors to help secondary school pupils plan their futures.
  • Post 16
    They work with local sixth forms and colleges to offer taster days, Summer Schools, subject-specific workshops and employability skills sessions, helping young people make informed choices about their careers.
  • Careers fairs, higher education fairs and parents’ evenings
    Their staff and Student Ambassadors regularly attend events to support young people with their education decisions.
