The theme this time will be:
Assessments
We will be taking you through the process with a mixture of presentations and activities.
The timetable will be:
10:00 - 10:15 Arrival and welcome
10:15 - 11:00 Assessments- types and purpose
11:00 - 11:15 BREAK
11:15 - 12:00 Assessment practice
Between 12:00 and 12:30 there will be an opportunity for feedback, Q and A and a tour of the university for those who wish to have one.
Please note, we do not broker vacancies. If you are interested in applying for a degree apprenticeship you will need to to via the employer by using the website Find an apprenticeship - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
Many of those who have attended have fed back that they found this workshop really valuable and a number have had successful applications which they attribute to the Apprenticeship Café.
This will be the last time we will be running the cafe in its current format.
If you are working in schools, can you please let Years 12 and 13 aware of the event.
Those working with adults – those who are interested and are working towards or already hold a Level 3 qualification can attend. If there is any uncertainty about this, please get in touch and I will clarify.
Please get in touch with me directly with any questions you may have.
Thank you for your help with this and we look forward to welcoming the participants on 28th June.
