Create a check list for advance planning for the next term’s events. You could include the following:
- Contact the universities who have agreed to contribute to seek final confirmation of planned activities. This is also an opportunity to ask if they need anything from you.
- Book rooms and/or transport.
- Student numbers.
- Consent forms.
- Feedback documents and student evaluation forms.
- Note down when to send notification of student absences, to teaching staff.
